The role
The firm manages £45bn across equities, fixed income and multi-asset funds for institutional and wholesale clients, with 420 staff in Edinburgh and London. The finance team is midway through replacing a 15-year-old general ledger with Oracle Fusion, due to go live in January. You will report to the Finance Director.

Manage the external audit, which runs from January to March.

Hold the monthly management accounts timetable at working day six.
What you will bring
A professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ICAS or ACCA) and experience as a financial controller in asset management or another FCA-regulated firm.
Hands-on knowledge of IFPR and the ICARA process.
Experience of leading a year-end and audit, ideally across several entities.
Exposure to a finance system implementation, preferably Oracle.
Availability to start before the end of October.
