Clara Lindqvist

Clara spent nine years in finance roles at a European bank in Stockholm and London, latterly as head of financial planning, before moving into search in 2008. After four years running the financial services desk at a specialist firm, Clara joined Roster in 2012 to build the practice from scratch.

Clara now leads financial services across both offices, placing chief financial officers, chief risk officers, treasurers and finance directors for banks, insurers, asset managers and high-growth fintech. Much of the work involves first CFO hires ahead of a listing or sale, where Clara’s own experience of reporting and regulatory approval proves useful. Searches end in a narrow, well-argued shortlist and clear pay benchmarks, so clients can make an offer with confidence.
