Lead compliance for a payments fintech whose Irish e-money licence covers 22 EU markets, as the Central Bank of Ireland steps up its supervision.
The role
The company provides card issuing and business accounts to around 60,000 small businesses, and its Dublin entity holds the e-money licence that passports the product across 22 EU markets. Lead and grow the Dublin compliance team, adding four roles over the next year.
Rework the compliance monitoring plan and the annual compliance report to the board.
Implement the EU AML package, DORA and the incoming payment services changes across all passported markets.
Work with the MLRO on transaction monitoring and safeguarding arrangements.
What you will bring

A record of dealing with the Central Bank of Ireland, including inspections or authorisations.
A solid grounding in PSD2, the E-Money Directive, AML/CFT and safeguarding rules.
Fitness and probity approval for PCF roles, or a clear route to it.
The steadiness to work alongside product, engineering and operations teams who move quickly.
